This year we traveled to Virginia and stayed with our middle and youngest son in their house for the holidays. Our oldest son came with us too so the whole family was there. Here are some pictures from our Christmas trip.
On the first day we got there my boys, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter went outside to make a snowman. We brought a couple of those Build a Snowman kits you use to make a snowman that include the eyes, carrot nose, scarf and hat. You can buy a similar kit on Amazon
.
Virginia had the most snow they have had in like 10 years.
Here's our oldest son, Winston, after helping to build the snowman.
Middle son, Dan and granddaughter Ava.
This snowman looks like he needs to go on a diet because he butt is HUGE! :-)
My son built a tunnel for Ava (granddaughter) and she loved going in and out of it. That's a lotta snow.
Baby it's cold outside.
Here's Paisley, the newest granddaughter, on Christmas in your cute Christmas outfit. Paisley is 4 months old.
Paisley and Grandpa Greg.
After Christmas Ava, who will be age 3 in January, was having fun making a craft project. She loves to decorate, paint, draw, and play with glitter and stickers.
Boy, do I miss having a fireplace. We don't have a fireplace at our house but the house our son is renting does and I spent a lot of time near it. I could definitely be a professional fire builder.
This is my youngest son, Phil, and the family dog, Tyson. He's such a lug.

More pics on Facebook.
